I've been using the shredded foam pillow since January. At first it was too packed/firm, so I had to remove some of the stuffing from mine. When fully full, it is a chore to get it in/out of our standard pillow cases. Over time, the pillow has developed a divot from where my head rests the most, so I'll need to fully remove/fluff/reinsert the foam to get it back into shape. Overall, I find the comfort of this pillow just okay. It absorbs your head heat even in the winter, so if you prefer a cool pillow, I don't recommend it. It does seem to be a good quality pillow otherwise. I expect I'll be able to use this one for a few years without it falling apart. It doesn't smell bad either. My husband really likes the pillow, but I've also seen him sleep comfortably on very old pillows that have turned into pancakes... so do with that information what you will.

It is soooo comfortable. My neck has no pain anymore. The quality is high as well. No bad stitching. The stuffing is evenly distributed and the pillow is so soft sometimes I don't even want to use a pillow case but I do haha. Definitely worth the money.
