2020 Domaine Michel Niellon Bourgogne Blanc, BurgundyMichel Niellon has crafted more than 50 vintages of extraordinary wines. From the original 4 hectare estate in Chassagne Montrachet, Michel has built a notable reputation, creating rich, ripe premiers and grands crus white Burgundies. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks and near the end of fermentation, the wine is transferred to small oak barrels to ferment dry and complete malolactic fermentation during barrel aging.

This works well for what I needed – a simple background for my kids’ online school. It’s lightweight and very easy to put together, and it stands up fine without needing to mount anything. The color is listed as black, but it’s more of a dark gray in person. Not a huge deal, just something to be aware of.
