Liked this product, compact, good water pressure, easy to travel with, but I just tried to charge it for the 1st time after about a month of use and it will not register a charge. Really strong flosser! There are multiple settings for flow type. You may want to reconsider if you have very sensitive gums. The irrigation is pretty strong. It does get all the stuff you thought you flossed away, out of your teeth, gums and mouth. Good battery, it lasts for weeks to maybe a month and a half with daily use, up to 3 months longer before recharge, if not using everyday. I've tested out both scenarios, while still using a regular string floss daily.

It is very powerful at its highest setting; however, you must work quickly, or you will need to refill the water reservoir before you're able to do your entire mouth. The pulsating setting gives the ability to move around each quadrant of your mouth a little slower. The soft setting works well for my grandson. It does a great job of getting rid of the food particles stuck between your teeth.
