Instead of having to drink something or taste something - - - so I won't eat something before bed. It's been a miracle answer for pre-bed and dry mouth during a sleep period and wakening dryer than I want to be. These are great since I'm on the Keto diet. They aren't overly sour for sure, but they still have some sourness to them. There's a bit of an aftertaste since they are made with sugar substitutes, but nothing terrible. My only complaint is the price. Way too expensive for the amount you get.
