They attach fake serial numbers on items that they shipped to you and when you tell them, you have a problem they are of no assistance. I am extremely infuriated with the quality of this product. I spent a lump sum amount of money on this now piece of junk. Oh, and to add my house almost caught on fire because the product overheated. I do not recommend anybody buy from the seller. The functionality is terrible. I am going to spread the word to everybody about my experience.
