Matsufuji AwamoriThe great Matsufuji is a blend of matured and freshly distilled Awamori. It is particularly mild and deep. Produced in Kunigami on Okinawa, also known as the island of centenarians, on the basis of rice that has been fermented for a particularly long time. Awamori is Okinawa's traditional spirit, which is always produced from rice and black koji.

These are great, I really like the adjustable of the grind. The only issue, they can be difficult to use with one hand. They are very smooth and slip out of your hand. It would be nice if they had some texture around the top for grip. Other wise a very good product for the price and works very well.
