Der Ofen ist sehr gut isoliert, was bedeutet, dass er in etwa 15 Minuten aufgeheizt wird und gleichzeitig eine gleichmige Temperatur hlt. Mit Hilfe des leistungsstarken Brenners erreichen Sie Temperaturen im Ofen von bis zu 550 C, und der Stein kann Temperaturen von etwa 450 C erreichen, was ihn perfekt fr neapolitanische Pizza macht.
