Markus Molitor TRADITION Riesling D.Q.Nach der Lese im Oktober wurden die Trauben gemahlen und kurz auf den Beerenhuten mazeriert, um die Aromen und Mineralien zu lsen. Bei der khlen und langsamen Spontanvergrung konnten sich das feine und elegante Bukett sowie die schieferartigen Aromen voll entfalten. Die Steinobstaromen sind sehr fein ausgeprgt. Dieser weiche, saftige und sehr ppige Riesling zeigt eine seidige Textur und eine przise Sure. Dennoch schmeckt er sehr ausgewogen trotz
