Priorat Wein. Genauer gesagt, war es Mireia Torres, die nun mit Perpetual, eine weitere, kraftvolle Komposition, diesmal aus den heimischen Sorten Garnacha Tinta und Cariena, kreierte. AUSBAU: Die Trauben werden dann 32 bis 35 Tage eingemaischt und bei einer kontrollierten Temperatur von 27 C zwlf Tage
