Der Most wird nach zweitgiger Maischestandzeit gepresst und im Edelstahltank vergrt. Danach wird der Wein zu 2 3 in 500 Liter groe Holzfsser und 1 3 in Tonamphore ausgebaut um seine saftige Textur und Konzentration aufzubauen. Nussige, florale und fruchtbetonte Noten skizzieren diesen charaktervollen Wein.

Most of the time, these strawberries are fresh and great tasting. One of our orders was came with the "California Giant" brand. They were less flavorful and some had mildew. These later ones I'd give 2 stars (which actually asked to return them and received credit). Amazon is excellent with backing up their sales.
