It did sting slightly when I applied it, but only because my skin was so irritated, not because of any harsh ingredients. The relief was almost immediate. My skin felt soft, smooth, and calm again, and all the irritation cleared up like it was never there. It has a pleasant scent and is very moisturizing. Honestly, it felt like magic. This was a true lifesaver in the moment, definitely a face saver. It isn’t inexpensive but at the moment anything that worked would’ve been worth the price. I highly recommend it.

Maybe once you get your eczema under control with some other product, you can use this for maintenance, but it's an absolute misery if you have a bad outbreak of eczema. I have no idea why this thing has alcohol in it but it burns like a star when you put it on severely irritated skin. Note: I originally gave this 3 stars, but Eczema Honey reached out to me to offer a refund. I didn't take it, but I appreciated that they *would* do that. Plus, my acute outbreak has subsided and it's perfectly fine to use now, so just be warned it hurts to apply if you have an active eczema flareup!
