I am probably the most skeptical person when it comes to supplements. Iโve tried so many over the years and honestlyโฆ most of them felt like a waste of money or just hype.
But I have to sayโthis combo has completely surprised me.
Iโve been consistently using Thorne protein and creatine, and within a few weeks I started noticing real changes. Not just how I feel, but how I look. My shoulders especially are looking more defined, and I feel stronger in my workouts without feeling jittery or weird like some products can make you feel.
What really stands out to me is how clean and simple it is. No bloating, no heavy feeling, no unnecessary extrasโjust something that actually supports what Iโm already doing.
