I bought the Vanilla Cardamon flavor, because I'm allergic to mint, and it makes my mouth swell. It tastes nice. The "flavor" doesn't last a long time, so you don't necessarily get that fresh breath feeling. The toothpaste works fine. There seems to be some controversy over whether Nano Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste really protects teeth as well as fluoride, but I know some people swear by it. Obviously, there is also lot of controversy regarding fluoride and whether it's healthy, so I get why this might be a better option for some. I've been using it for about a year, and I got a fairly bad cavity recently, but of course, this is just anecdotal evidence. I'm not sure whether I'll keep using it or not.

Our son loves these! He asks for them every day! For being no sugar they taste great! My kid is obsessed! We have bought these several times at this point and while I can not say whether or not they work in terms of vitamin c, I simply wouldnt know for sure, they do work in keeping him calm in public places. Its great that there is no food dyes in the ingredients too so that I can feel good giving them to him.
