This accessory is easily applied to stripper bars with two bolts and uses a spring loaded detent to properly align. When not in use, the plate swings easily out of the work area. Not compatible with old style stripper bars.

Banana clips are high quality, I used 12 awg wires and had no issues. It secures into the plug with 2 small screws, you will need a flat terminal screw driver to install them. The quality was high and made a good connection. If I had to make one complaint it would be that I would tighten the gray piece to the plug and it always kept spinning, otherwise, excellent product.
