Guarana for me is one of those things that you should only take every once and a while. This is a great supplement to have around, especially because it's SO easy and economical compared to coffee. I would happily rate it 5 stars BUT I have to admit that the first few times I took it, the jitters it gave me were pretty extreme. I started using it so I could easily lower my daily dose of Adderall (prescribed for ADD) and it did the job well.
