while big and wide seat....

while big and wide seat is nice this chair has just seemed off since i got it, it seems like it only reclines part way and it feels like it is leaning forward in normal sitting position and one of the wheels fell off the mini ball bearings fell out of the swivel part of the wheel and left the wheel unstable only to fall off. while the actual seat of this chair is big and wide (not so comfy) the mount seems off and cant recline all the way back like in old chairs, the wheel thing suck but i can replace a wheel could have been much higher quality for what i paid for the chair.
UPDATE: over the past few weeks customer service reached out to me about the chair and fully addressed all of my concerns, to my surprise they offered to replace the chair at no cost to me. The new chair is much better than the old one everything seems good to go and i got upgraded wheels that dont have that same type of ball bearing, so i dont think these wheels will be an issue. Thanks to the customer support member Luka that reached out to me and made everything correct.
