The back pack is awsome. It's soft, elegant and fits a lot of items...can be used in lieu of small carry on. I liked the openness of the interior area. The inside utility clear pouch was only 1 pouch, not 3 like the video. But I like it better with 1 pouch which leaves me options for larger items. The shoe pouch can be used for other items instead of shoes, if your interested.
