Forward shifted X bracing works in tandem with the tonewoods to offer classic Martin tone. The neck of the D 35 boasts Martin's comfortable Modified Low Oval profile, and is topped with an ebony fingerboard, divided by 20 total frets with Mother of Pearl inlays between them. -interior/exterior sole construction lasted longer than other more expensive shoes
-price is great
Cons
-after less than a year the mouth of the shoe widened to a point where they slide off way too easy rendering them almost unwearable.
-laces cannot be tightened
