I’ve purchased several square trade warranties over the years and they have always been amazing when I’ve needed to use it. After researching and attempting to trouble shoot, I realized it was toast. Called Amazon and no issues getting the replacement scheduled. My ONLY issue is the warranty has a guaranteed 2 day replacement and mine is supposed to take almost a week. Anyhow, I highly recommend buying the warranty.
