Reserved! Victorian Opal Five Stone 1886A beautiful 18ct yellow gold five opal ring hallmarked for Birmingham 1886. The natural opals are well matched, vibrant and have lovely colour play across all of them. UK size T 1 2 US size 10 Substantial weight of 6 grams. Opals span 2. 2cm across. Marked and tested as 18ct gold. Nice clean condition. The opals have been polished recently. One opal has a small surface scratch to an edge and one of the outer opals has a small chip to the underside.

Good finish, poor hardware.
Set screws are poor quality and are sometimes powdercoated on the exposed threads. Leads to striped hex sockets and inability to tighten properly.
Durable finish as evidenced by no visible damage after throwing parts across the shop in frustration.
Ended up running self tapping screws thru parts to complete assembly.
