This fits a 2023 Civic Sport Touring without issue. It looks indistinguishable to the OEM filter. Getting the lid off the airbox is the hardest part as it is wedged in there pretty good. Other than that, this is a very do-able DIY job, and it's a lot cheaper than having the dealer do it. I have no concerns. Thumbs up.

This filter fit perfectly! I have a 2023 Civic Touring with about 25,000 miles. I have replaced air filters before so I knew it would be a fairly easy job. I was done in about 5 minutes and the filter material is as good as the original Honda filter I replaced.
