These pillows are just PERFECT for me! Perfect firmness, perfect thickness and perfect material. One thing I suggest is that be extra cautious when you open the package. These pillows were rolled and put in a relatively thin shipping bag, so when you open with sharp objects be careful not to cut your new favorite pillows! I let the pillows sit for about 48 hours before I started using them, but I assume you don't have to wait that long. Overall, I am very happy with my first online pillow purchase with Serta!
