I am an active investor and have read quite a few books on a variety of investing and real estate topics. Accordingly I mostly skim new books and try to strengthen concepts I am already mostly comfortable with. I previously had difficulty grasping irr, npv, and dcf, and this book explained these thoroughly, simply, and with examples that will allow me to use these tools to make better investing decisions.
