Pre-WWII U.S. Army Enlisted Man's Wool Service Cap (Size 6 5/8)Description This is an original pre WWII U. S. Army enlisted man's service cap. It is constructed of a coarse, field grade wool and features a dark brown leather chinstrap and imitation leather visor. The front is decorated with a brass enlisted man's device. It still retains its original wire stiffener. Unfortunately, no manufacturer's marking or size tag could be discerned; however, it has been measured and is a confirmed size 6 5 8. Provenance
