PELCO® AFM Tip & Resolution Test SpecimenThis product is intended for checking the tip sharpness (not height calibration); AFM tips wear down and can get damaged resulting in blurry lines, especially at the nano scale. For example, a worn tip would have the cobalt particles looking oblong rather than round. The second feature of this product is in helping the microscopist get down to the nanoscale. having a uniform coverage of nanoscale features, you know what to look for and what to expect.

This is actually my second box of this paper I purchased. I use it that much! I like it that much! It works easily through my Epson 2850. The sub ink transfers to this paper with vibrant colors before pressing. I like the ASub print on the back to help me load the paper correctly in my printer. The ink does not bleed through the paper. I like that this paper comes in a plastic bag and in a box. This is helpful to keep the moisture out of the paper. The paper is durable as I try to manipulate on my substrate.
