Filipa Pato 3B Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut(Portugal; Blanc de Blancs; Extra Brut) This is a blend of Maria Gomez, Sercial, and Bical and mostly bio dynamically farmed, and aged on its lees for around ten months The nose here is towards the tart stone fruits with quince, green apple, clay minerality, and a light cream note. -interior/exterior sole construction lasted longer than other more expensive shoes
-price is great
Cons
-after less than a year the mouth of the shoe widened to a point where they slide off way too easy rendering them almost unwearable.
-laces cannot be tightened
