This is in good condition with some dirt from storage. When I picked this up it was one of a small group of unissued belts which had been together since the end of the war. I was looking for this exact product but didn’t know it! We recently moved into a new home and had zero window treatments so needless to say I wanted something quick, affordable and not vinyl WalMart blinds. We are happy with our purchase and would highly recommend to others. Some complain of the adhesive not sticking- make sure to clean the window wells/walls etc prior to installing these. If the surface is free of dirt/grease there will be no issues with them staying put.
