AfterlivesWhen he was just a boy, Ilyas was stolen from his parents on the coast of east Africa by German colonial troops. After years away, fighting against his own people, he returns home to find his parents gone and his sister, Afiya, abandoned into de facto slavery. Hamza, too, returns home from the war, scarred in body and soul and with nothing but the clothes on his back until he meets the beautiful, undaunted Afiya. As these young people live and work

these shelves are nice. they look good and hold a reasonable amount of weight. I will say, they don't sit perfectly flush work the wall... maybe they were built incorrectly, or maybe my walls aren't as straight as they should be. either way, we had to add a shim behind it. I do wish they were just slightly smoother. but these are cute and have a nice color. I'm happy with them. I would also recommend using drywall screws and not the ones that come with them. screws provided aren't as good. but the shelves are still nice and sturdy. these are good value for what you're paying. I'm happy.
