The Taper lock Bush fits into the hub with 2 grub screws, as the grub screws are tightened the Taper lock compresses onto the shaft and keyway securing the Pulley Sprocket. To remove the bush you remove the 2 grub screws and screw one back into the third hole, lifting the bush out.

Waste of money...

The concept is interesting, however this particular product is a fail. There is not enough elastic/support and the seam by your toes moves quite a bit when you walk allowing the material to swallow your toes and can bunch up under the pad of your foot. Very uncomfortable and annoying. Don't waste your money, these socks belong in the trash!
