Imperial Taper Lock Bush 4535- 4.1/2Taper Lock bushes are suitable for use with Sprockets, Belt Pulleys & couplings Taper lock bushes are used to secure Taper Lock Pulleys, Sprockets or Couplings to Shafts. The Taper lock Bush fits into the hub with 2 grub screws, as the grub screws are tightened the Taper lock compresses onto the shaft and keyway securing the Pulley Sprocket. To remove the bush, you remove the 2 grub screws and screw one back into the third hole, lifting the bush out.

So pretty! The bowl seems a little big? But ive never had a set like this before so im unsure if it is the right size or not. The whisk came with one piece snapped off but it still works just fine. Just worries me about long term use.
