We live in San Diego and don't really need warm, waterproof boots most of the time. I like that these aren't too warm inside, and just have enough fur to keep her legs warm. They fit great over jeans, tights, and thicker socks. And as with all stride rite sneakers, they're incredibly durable and stylish. A bonus that I can take out the padding for my daughter's extra wide feet.
