Grizzly G8168 - 4" Heavy-Duty Fixed Caster w/ BrakeG8168 4" Heavy Duty Fixed Caster with Brake This heavy duty wheel has an injection molded polyurethane elastomer tire surface. Polyurethane is hard wearing, handles high loads, and will not mark the floor. The foot operated pedal seats the steel friction pad against the outer diameter of the wheel, holding it in place until you turn it loose with a flick of the toe. I thought these were cute shoes. They were sturdy, protective, and flexible for little walkers. And they were pretty soft on the inside to wear without socks.
