It does get thick and goopy. But in order for it to work I have to take 2 teaspoons as opposed to the 1 teaspoon with the other artificial sweetener version. So Iโ€™d rather do 2 teaspoons with Stevia. Results, however, for me have been inconsistent. That is not the case for me with the one that contains an artificial sweetener.
