My only complaint is that when I use the inner cuff buttons to make the cuffs tighter, the cuffs still arenโ€™t small enough (larger than my other shirts of the same size). My wrists are about average, or maybe even a little larger than average. This feature is important for those of us who need a larger neck size but a shorter sleeve. They donโ€™t make a 20 inch collar with a 32/33 sleeve (for some reason)โ€ฆ unless you order a custom shirt for several times as much moneyโ€ฆ so I have to buy a shirt with sleeves that are too long. That works fine as long as I can use the second cuff button to make the cuffs tighter, so that the sleeves donโ€™t ride down onto my hand when Iโ€™m wearing my suit. Itโ€™s annoying to have to take a new shirt to a tailor to have the cuff buttons relocated.
