I have a "Premier Busy Buddy Bristle Bone" that unscrews on both ends. You just slip these on and give it to them and it will keep them busy for a long time. I have the small size, but they have larger ones for bigger dogs. They also have one that has a sort of ball in the middle that these little round chews slip onto also.
