Okay, let me start by saying I am a huge skeptic. I need to research things to the nine's and read legit reviews before I buy anything new.
I have had cavities from a very young age and receeding gumlines all my life. At age 50, I have gone all natural, got rid of everything toxic, and got really healthy. I have been listening to Dr. HUBERMAN podcast on you tube and found one he did on oral health. He gets very detailed about how to heal your oral health. He spoke specifically about hydroxyapetite and xylitol and their benefits.
I then started searching for mouthwashes with these ingredients because i am seriously concerned my teeth are going to fall out from these receeding gums. I have been told all my life there was nothing you can do. I knew in my gut that was a lie. I knew there had to be a way to heal our mouths naturally.
Then found BOKA. I got them. I tried them. I lOVE THEM! They are perfect! They are minty fresh, easy to use, makes my mouth feel clean and if they actually do heal my mouth....then awesome sauce!
I read all the reviews. I see the after taste. But, i think its a personal choice. I like the after taste. It tastes and feels like a clean mouth.
I feel the tinglyness. Yes. But I believe from my health and science background it is the mint, aloe, probiotics and everything else stimulating the skin and blood to start the regeneration of skin and mineral. Im happy to report back again in a month or so with outcome plus before and after photos๐๐ฝ
