So although the pillow is pictures as a head pillow, I actually use this as a body pillow because it's as long as one. That's fine by me because it's somewhat firm but gets soft as your body heat warms it up. I've been using it for a few weeks now and haven't noticed any bad misshaping or anything. It's shredded memory foam so like all shredded memory foam pillows you've got to fluff them a little.

I am so happy with this pillow! I have a really hard time getting comfortable in bed-especially with pillows-and I’ve struggled with sleep since childhood. Really, super happy with this!

In use, it stayed in place overnight and kept my hips and shoulders better aligned, especially when sleeping on my side.
