It's big and has some weight to it in comparison with ither balls that hardly weigh anything. My 4 year old Golden Retriever can get his jaws around it only just! The squeaky is tough to get squeaking especially if you have a smaller dog. My dog is about 100 lbs and can just barely bite it hard enough to make it squeak.
